Rent is from £103 to £111 per week depending on room, see further details below.

The rent includes Gas, Electricity, BT Line Rental (incoming calls only), Unlimited WI-FI Internet, Water rates and the TV licence for the lounge.

The rent does not include council tax (band D) for non-students. 

The deposit for each room is £400.00.
