There is one room available for 2026-2027 from 12th Sept 2026 to 3rd Sept 2027 on a fixed term 51 week contract.    

Rent is from £108 per week for bedroom 4, see further details below.

The rent includes Gas, Electricity, BT Line Rental (incoming calls only), Unlimited WI-FI Internet, Water rates and the TV licence for the lounge.

The rent does not include council tax (band D) for non-students. 

The deposit for each room is £400.00.
