• The rent includes Gas, Electricity, BT Line Rental (incoming calls only), 76 Mb Unlimited WI-FI with Infinity 2 Fibre Broadband Internet, Water rates and the TV licence for the lounge.

• The rent does not include council tax for non-students. 

• The deposit for each room is £400.00.
