- Bronant is currently undergoing a full refurbishment. There are 4 en-suite rooms which will become available in May 2021. We can be flexible with the length of our tenancies. Please get in touch to discuss.
- The rent is £150.00 per week and includes all Bills gas & electric, BT Line Rental (incoming calls only), 76 Mb Unlimited WI-FI with BT Infinity 2 Fibre Broadband Internet, Water rates and the TV licence for the lounge.
- The rent does not include council tax for non-students.
