The rent is £175.00 per week and includes all Bills gas & electric, BT Line Rental (incoming calls only), 76 Mb Unlimited WI-FI with BT Infinity 2 Fibre Broadband Internet, Water rates and the TV licence for the lounge.

Young Professionals welcome, the rent does not include council tax for non-students which will be split with other working housemates. The house is BAND D.

The deposit for each room is £400.00.

Rooms 1 & 3 are already let for the 2025 to 2026 academic year.
