Bedrooms 1 & 2 are currently available for £175.00 per week (inc bills as below) on a 6 month fixed term contract until September 2026.

Ensuite Bedrooms 1,2,3 & 4 are available from 19th Sept 2026 on a fixed term 51 week contract to the 10th Sept 2027.

The rent is £180.00 per week and includes all Bills Gas & Electric, BT Line Rental (incoming calls only), Unlimited WI-FI Internet, Water rates and the TV licence for the lounge.

Postgraduate Students & Young Professionals are welcome, the rent does not include council tax for non-students which will be split with other working housemates. The house is BAND D.

The deposit for each room is £400.00.
